A new 19,432-square-foot industrial building for truck maintenance supporting Old Dominion's fleet, on two parcels that will be merged into 1.73 acres. Approved with conditions and a CEQA infill exemption.
Impact summary
About 10 to 15 trucks a day will move between the new shop and the main ODFL site 0.3 miles away, easing congestion at the main facility. The project replaces aging buildings and could add 10 to 30 jobs.
