Revocation of CUP No. 07-19 – 728 South Vail Avenue

The CEO of neighboring Luna Caregivers asked the commission to delay revocation, saying he's a compliant operator who hopes to eventually move one of his licenses into the 728 South Vail building and keep generating jobs and tax revenue.

A part owner of the property at 720 South Vail Avenue said his family is a victim of Saint's Place's wrongdoing and pleaded with the commission to allow the neighboring operator to keep the business running, citing the family's financial investment in the build-out.
